1. Who should control the local public schools?
Local, elected school boards
2. Do you support a voucher system, where tax payers can send their child and their tax dollars to a school of their choice, whether it be public, private, charter or home schooling?
Yes
3. Who should control gun carry and ownership laws?
State and local authorities pursuant to the 2nd amendment.
4. What will be your highest priority if you are elected?
To represent majority opinion in my CD on any issue and to empower them to work with me to change congress doing "we the people's" business.
5. Do you believe that illegal aliens should have the right to government welfare programs?

6. What is your solution to the energy crisis?
A price on carbon emissions by major polluters. We must not repeat the mistakes of the late 70s.
7. Do you believe a senator and congressman must read a bill fully and thoroughly before voting on it?
Yes

Yes
9. Where exactly is the federal government currently spending too much?
On unconstitutional activities and on waste and fraud.
10. Do you believe it is the responsibility of the federal government to stop global warming?
No, but the fed's need to assume shared responsibility within our country for the adverse impacts of climate change.
11. Do you believe the federal reserve should be thoroughly audited?
Yes
12. Would you support a law that mandates teaching both creationism as well as evolution as theories in my public school science classes?
No
13. Do you support a progressive form of taxation or a flat form of taxation?
I would support either a consumption tax or a flat tax. Whichever can garner the most support in my district.
14. Do you support the health care reform bill and if not what type of bill would you support?
No, rather a bill that would combine the Republican approach with a few of the better features of "Obama-care."
15. What do you think is our most pressing family/social issue? (ie defense of marriage act, abortion etc.) What will you do to address it?
Defense of marriage act - would support; Anti-abortion; Pro-life; Errosion of the middle-class; Expansion of the working poor tax credit(s).

As enabled by Ron Paul's Currency Act (bill title incomplete here)
17. Should international law be used to influence national law?
Not as influence on court's interpretation of American law; only as suggestive of new or amended laws in areas where international adaptations might be apropos.

Yes, if they cannot be reprimanded or removed otherwise.
19. How do you view our constitution, as a fluid or absolute document?
As "fluid" only per constitutional change processes set forth in the constitution.
